Ideal para agasajar a la familia durante las vacaciones.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredientes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Un costillar.<br \/>\nSal gruesa.<br \/>\nLe\u00f1a (eucaliptos, quebracho, piquill\u00edn o la que tengan).<br \/>\nUna hoja de laurel.<br \/>\nUna rama de or\u00e9gano fresco.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Prender el fuego. Siempre es mejor con le\u00f1a.<\/p>\n<p>Preparar la salmuera. En una botella de vino introducir la sal (tres dedos contados desde la base de la botella), agregar el laurel, el or\u00e9gano y agua caliente hasta completar. Tambi\u00e9n se le puede agregar unos dientes de ajo. Tapar y batir hasta que la sal se disuelva. Hacer unos tajos al corcho y listo.<\/p>\n<p>Poner el costillar en la parrilla a unos 30 cent\u00edmetros de las brasas con fuego tranquilo y cocinar durante dos horas y media. Luego darlo vuelta y asar una hora m\u00e1s.
