Agregar la salsa, los champi\u00f1ones, el jam\u00f3n cortado en tiritas, la cebolla de verdeo y la muzzarella. Cerrar el calzone como si fuera una empanada gigante.<\/p>\n<p>Llevar a la parrilla y cocinar con fuego moderado. La idea es que se llegue a derretir bien la muzzarella por lo que no conviene pasarlo de fuego. Para mejorar la cocci\u00f3n es muy \u00fatil taparlo con una fuente.
