Esta receta realza el sabor de los vegetales y no contiene ni un gramo de carne. <!--more--><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Esta es la receta:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredientes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>250 gramos de penne o cualquier otro tipo de pasta corta<\/p>\n<p>50 gramos de prote\u00edna de soja texturizada<\/p>\n<p>1 hoja de laurel<\/p>\n<p>1 cucharada de tomillo<\/p>\n<p>1\/3 de taza de piment\u00f3n<\/p>\n<p>100 mililitros de vino blanco<\/p>\n<p>1 cebolla<\/p>\n<p>200 gramos de tomate triturado<\/p>\n<p>Az\u00facar al gusto<\/p>\n<p>Sal al gusto<\/p>\n<p>Aceite de oliva al gusto<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/strong><br \/>\nLa noche anterior macera la prote\u00edna de soja. Hierve en una olla agua el laurel, la sal, y agrega la prote\u00edna. Deja reposando.<br \/>\nEn un montero agrega los ajos, lo mezclas con el piment\u00f3n, el vino y el tomillo.<br \/>\nMezcla todo con la prote\u00edna y d\u00e9jala reposando toda la noche dentro de la nevera.<\/p>\n<p>En una sart\u00e9n caliente con aceite de oliva coloca la cebolla. Cuando empiece a ablandar agrega el tomate triturado y se deja cocinar. Se condimenta con la sal y el az\u00facar. Cuando el tomate haya reducido se coloca la prote\u00edna de soya. Remueve y listo.<br \/>\nEn una olla aparte con agua y sal cocina la pasta al dente. Sirve la pasta colada y agrega la salsa.
